PLEASE NOTE: Due to restrictions in postage and shipping from our suppliers, some items may take longer to ship than usual. We are working with them to get orders through as fast as possible, but we really appreciate your support and patience while we all deal with the current reality.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We process your order and get it out to our carrier within 24 – 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your payment, depending on how busy we are in the warehouse.

We know how frustrating it is to wait for your package, and how annoying the additional cost of shipping is, so we strive to reduce both of these in the following ways:

  1. We work extensively with Australia Post and other carriers to continually find the cheapest rate for your postage. We use real-time price matching software to calculate the best rate possible for your order, often resulting in considerable savings.
  2. We use parcel tracking on every order so you know where your order is at any time. You can log in to your My Account area and use the Track My Order button to see exactly where your order is any time of the day. Your order is not considered delivered until you have signed for it.
  3. We also personally check the quality of each item before it goes out the door. You will never receive a plain package order from unknown supplier in some other country – all items from our suppliers come to us first so we can make sure it meets the quality and standard you expect from us.
  4. Items that are shown as being on Backorder generally take 4-6 weeks, depending on the supplier and Covid-19 shipping times, before it reaches our customers. We know waiting sucks… but it’s totally worth it!

To help us achieve these standards we stick to the following schedule.

ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 2PM WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING DAY

From time to time we are notified by our suppliers that there may be a delay in receiving your order, especially due to the COVID-19 crisis we are currently in.

Where this affects your order we will notify you by email with expected delivery times and any information that we have received from the supplier.

CURRENTLY WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY DUE TO COVID-19

Regular Post delivery times are approximately between 1-7 days – and ironically sometimes is even faster than ‘Express Post’. Go figure.

International shipping is calculated at checkout for the cheapest and fastest courier in real time. Prices and times will vary depending on your location and order size.

DUTIES & TAXES:

Australian orders are subject to GST and this is calculated at checkout and includes your shipping amount.

Overseas orders are not calculated with any taxes or import fees or duties applied. You as the customer are responsible for these charges and they may be applied at your border by your Customs department. These policies are not able to be computed by us, so please check the requirements for your country before ordering. Mame Clothing is not liable for any customs duties or import fees.
