We work with Australia Post and other shipping providers to get you the lowest price, and fastest shipping time possible – in real time. That’s why you may see the shipping price vary slightly from time to time. The software we use automatically calculates your order size, then checks against the pricing from a number of companies and returns the best price for you. The time it takes to get your order to you is dependant on a number of factors, including delays the shipping company is experiencing due to the COVID-19 crisis we are in right now. We process your orders same day in most instances, and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible and in the best condition. We have a number of ways we work on that so I recommend you check out our Shipping page for more details. You can always track the progress of your order from your My Account page.
When you are on an item page, look just above the Add to Cart button and you should see a sizing icon. Click that and the sizing for that item will appear in a popup window. It’s a sad fact of the fashion industry that almost all manufacturers have slight variations in their sizes, so make sure to check that your own measurements will match – then choose that size.
We have a 30 Day Returns policy for any item you are unhappy with for any reason. If it doesn’t fit, and it is still in resellable original condition (with tags on) then simply request a Return from inside you My Account section. You can read more about our Returns Policy here.
For some items we have regular restocking orders with our suppliers. In the event we run out of local stock in our warehouse we will set that item to Backorder if we have a re-order run coming in from our supplier. In general we do reorders weekly so we keep backorders to a minimum. If we don’t have any plans to restock the item anytime soon we will set it to Out of Stock and turn off the Backorder option.
Preordering means placing an order for an item we are releasing in the near future, to make sure you get one in your size or colour options. We use this to set ordering expectations ahead of time so we can bulk order items and get them for a cheaper rate from our supplier. From time to time we will also work with them on exclusive designs, or limited edition items and in those instances we will open up preordering also.
Yes if your order is for a custom order item. You will be able to set your measurements in the ordering process so please be sure to enter them correctly. There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders so please make double-sure when you take your measurements and allow a little room for error if it is your first time ordering custom outfits.
From time to time we work with new designers or suppliers and we want to minimise our risk when placing orders with them. We take individual item orders (at a higher cost to us) and then place them with our supplier directly. The item is then produced and shipped to us where we receive it at our warehouse and inspect it to make sure it meets our standards and your expectations. Shipping times for these items are LONGER then for stocked items and can take up to 6 weeks. We will notify you on the item page where this is the case. Once we are happy with the item and are ordering sufficient quantities we will bulk purchase them item and stock it locally so we can ship it faster.
We process all orders through Stripe at the moment, so we take Visa and Mastercard. We were using PayPal but their transaction fees are way to high. We are also working on AfterPay and ZipPay as options and we will update the site when we secure these options. Our plans also include Gpay (Google) and ApplePay in the very near future.
